Second-seeded Indianapolis picked up its 19th straight victory and ended Drury's volleyball season with a 3-0 triumph over the Panthers in the first round of the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament at Drury on Friday afternoon.

The 11th-ranked Greyhounds improved to 33-1 on the season by beating the Panthers 25-17, 25-22 and 25-17 in the match. Drury held a 21-18 advantage at one point in the second set, but was unable to hold off the charging Greyhounds as they moved into the tourney semifinals on Saturday.

Sophomore Ali Rook had 11 kills and junior Kayla Hellebusch added 10 for the Panthers, who received a team-high 33 assists from junior Austin Warren and 14 digs from senior Krystal Glessner.

Drury finished the season with a 16-14 record, its best season as an NCAA Division II member and first winning season since 1993.
